IHF Health Club is the only health and fitness club in Christchurch to have a members lounge of this kind. We’ve designed this space to be a comfortable area exclusively for club members to relax and unwind before or after a workout. It features a complimentary snack and beverage bar that includes tea and coffee making facilities, a range of cooled beverages and snacks available 24/7. Feel free to chill on comfy seating and use the free wifi and communal charging options at the bar leaner; you’ll also find charging points conveniently available in all lockers in the changing rooms too.
Refuel with our selection of wholesome snacks, meals and beverages designed to satisfy most lifestyles. ELEMENTS is our café located in our members lounge. Here you can purchase food and beverages such as chia puddings, free-range eggs on bagels, lunch bowls, wraps and much more. Our chefs are trained in nutrition and passionate about making delicious food that is good for you.
