Take a ticket from the machine when you drive in and validate it once you arrive inside the gym; we have a special machine for you to do this. When you leave put your ticket in the carpark payment machines (located on level one) before you re-enter and then leave the carpark. You will be charged for any extra time taken over your two hour limit. You must still follow this process if you have stayed for under two hours.
The Crossing carpark is open from 4:30am to midnight, 7 days. If you enter before midnight you will be able to leave however access is prevented again until 4:30am.
You will still be able to enter the gym during this time period, you will just need to make use of on street parking.
Yes. We have two large and spacious, custom saunas in both our male and female changing room areas. These are available to use during staffed hours. Please read the safety information prior to entering.
To complement our saunas we also have a plunge pool in both the male and female changing rooms in the hydrotherapy area. These sit between 10-15 degrees Celsius, are 1.5m in depth and comfortably fit two people. The plunge pools are designed to quickly take your body from hot sauna temperatures to much cooler. This area also includes a shower heaven, which is a large overhead shower that includes body jets, where you can rinse off after exiting the sauna before stepping into the plunge pool.
We have two group fitness options available - yoga and PRAMA. We have three types of yoga class available including Restorative Flow, Vinyasa Flow and Power Practice.
PRAMA involves LED lighting in the floor, giving a more interactive workout experience. PRAMA is the most immersive physical activity in the world of fitness right now. In just 45 minutes, you get a HIIT session with fun at its core. We have several different PRAMA group classes for different goals and abilities. See our PRAMA classes here.
